A5. For long term cooperative customers, no limited on minimum order quantity.

Q6. Can I have a sample order for the product?

A6.Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q7. How long is the product warranty time?

A8. Strict quality control system, professional QC staff, professional production process.

Q9. Is it OK to put my logo on Packing?

A9.Yes, you may send us your logo information ,we will print on the carton.

Q10. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?

A10. Suggest to buy the transportation insurance and in case of any damage ,Insurance will pay for it and you can come back to us with the details of the parts ,We will prepare for the replacement parts with our cost price as soon as possible and you have to pay for the parts if it is not the damage parts.
